Orders over £175 are despatched free of charge for UK Mainland addresses (excluding remote areas).

Our current maximum standard charge for rug despatch is £7.95 for courier delivery, small or lighter packages may be less than 7.95. These items may be despatched via Royal Mail instead of courier.   You will be notified by email of which mode of delivery is being used.

For multiple purchases at one time to one address the charge will still be £7.95 provided the total packaged weight of goods does not exceed 25 kilograms.

Our charges for rug despatch to remote areas and ex mainland addresses are charged at courier cost. These costs will vary according to weight and volume of parcel and we are happy to quote prior to your order, please email us with your proposed order and delivery address including full postcode to receive delivery quote.

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.  A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address when the order has been despatched.  You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer.

Delivery times are Monday to Friday during normal office hours.  For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge safe receipt.  If nobody will be around to sign for goods please supply an alternative delivery address where a signature is guaranteed for safe receipt.

In the event that nobody is available at the delivery address a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Please note we are only able to ship goods to mainland UK addresses.

Overseas  destinations will be priced individually, please contact us for a quote.
